Skilled Nursing Care

Services are provided by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), this in-home service category includes medical care such as catheter maintenance, wound care, medication management, blood draws and training for complex equipment such as ventilators. Nurses can meet many advanced care needs for your loved one to be able to remain in their home when receiving these services and treatments:

• Medication management and administration
• Wound care
• Blood draws and injections
• Assistance with medical equipment including ventilators or oxygen tanks.
• Administration and maintenance of catheters
• PICC line dressing changes
• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), G-tube or other feedings
• Physical, occupational or speech therapy
• Rehabilitation
• Catheter care and maintenance (insertion)
• Colostomy/ Ostomy care
• Dressing changes/ wound care
• Enteral nutrition/ tube feeding
• Infusions
• Injections
• I.V.  administration 
• Ventilator support, suctioning, and tracheostomy care
